Preventive maintenance of main air compressors (IMACO type, 30kg/cm²).

Fixed Fire Fighting System

Put in service main electric pumps of fixed fire fighting system.
Installation of new hydrants sets.
Modification of existing fire fighting piping network to install additional sprinklers.
Complete overhaul of main switchboards.

Electrical Jobs

Piping Hub Workshop:

Installation of lighting and power general main switchboard (weather-proof).
Electrical installation including: approx. 1100 mts of hot dip galvanized piping for electrical use, 45 lighting devices for lighting bulbs of 250 W of power, install socket for electric motors, electric tools and a compensation panel to compensate power consumption (cos φ).

Electromechanical jobs

Periodic and corrective electromechanical maintenance of all plant.
Installed two air compressors of 7.5 HP each in parallel with existing one and was added an intermediate air compensation tank.
Installed 2 ventilation funs of 40 and 60 HP of power.
Replaced old electrical installation with cable trays, reaching each consumer (machines). Modified boiler main panel and implemented boiler control automation and start whole system.

Refrigerating Plant

Maintenance of refrigerating plant (four) equipment by BITZER – MYCOM.
Build up and mounting in place spare “stand-by” refrigerating plant (compressor, condenser, evaporator, provision of electric main panel) and putt he system in service.

Periodic maintenance of cargo crane Brissonneau & Lotz Marine S.A. (MV CENTURION).
Replacing electric motors of cargo crane (60 Kw. & 120 Kw)
Overhaul of hull valves, main and auxiliary boiler.
Supply, installation and periodic maintenance of ship´s pumps (centrifugal, alternating, geared and screw pumps).
Put back in service sewage water plant.
Renew indicator´s panel for main engines (SULZER).
Installation of main compressors alarm system.
Complete overhaul of main engine air intercoolers.

Complete overhauling of main boiler and economizer: valves, covers, burner, lever indicators, upper and lower limit switches, etc. (Maker: Mobrey).
Installation of new alternating ballasting pump (capacity 100m3/hr.).
Overhauling of main centrifugal pump of fire fighting system.
To Supply and install of 2 electric motors (with electric-brake) for main gangways.
Overhauling of valves: cargo hold bilge valve (diam: 4”) and cargo hold ballast valves (butterfly type, diam: 16”) and various valves on engine room and deck.
Overhaul of signal repeater of tunnel valves signals.
Complete overhauling of sewage treatment plant.
Complete overhauling of lifeboat diesel engine (PS).
Repair done on provision crane`s brakes (electromagnetic) (Ps and Sb).
Supply (own fabrication) and installation of connection box for two deck cargo cranes.

Elastomer Manufacturing Plant

Design, construction and mounting in place fixed lifting platform (capacity 500kg).
